Welcome

We are pleased to wel­come you to Košice, Slo­va­kia, and the 16th IMWA Con­gress (“IMWA 2027”). This page con­tains infor­ma­tion about reg­is­ter­ing for the con­gress, tech­ni­cal ses­sions, field trips, work­shops, the accom­pa­ny­ing per­sons’ pro­gramme and oppor­tu­ni­ties to join IMWA 2027 as a spon­sor, exhibitor or both.

Updates to the pro­gramme and con­gress activ­i­ties will be post­ed as they become avail­able. We are work­ing hard to make IMWA 2027 one of the fore­most inter­na­tion­al meet­ings on mine water and mine drainage, and we hope that you will enjoy your par­tic­i­pa­tion in Košice.

Registration Options

Most par­tic­i­pants will prob­a­bly attend the full con­gress. How­ev­er, we recog­nise that not every­one will be able to join us for the entire week. There­fore, sev­er­al reg­is­tra­tion options will be avail­able, includ­ing full con­gress reg­is­tra­tion and select­ed sin­gle-day reg­is­tra­tions.

Par­tic­i­pants will also be able to add field trips, work­shops and oth­er con­gress activ­i­ties dur­ing the reg­is­tra­tion process, depend­ing on avail­abil­i­ty. Please check the con­gress pro­gramme, once it is avail­able, to select the ses­sions, work­shops and field trips that best match your inter­ests.

Of course, we hope that you will join us for the entire 16th IMWA Con­gress.

Registration Instructions

1. Go to the IMWA 2027 Con­fTool reg­is­tra­tion page: https://www.conftool.org/imwa2027
2. Log in with your exist­ing account from pre­vi­ous IMWA Con­fer­ences or cre­ate a new Con­fTool account.
3. Select “Reg­is­ter as Par­tic­i­pant” from the Con­fTool menu.
4. Choose the appro­pri­ate reg­is­tra­tion type, such as full con­gress reg­is­tra­tion, stu­dent reg­is­tra­tion or sin­gle-day reg­is­tra­tion, depend­ing on the options avail­able.
5. Select addi­tion­al items, such as work­shops, field trips, accom­pa­ny­ing per­sons’ pro­gramme items or oth­er con­gress activ­i­ties.
6. Enter or con­firm your per­son­al details, billing infor­ma­tion and any required reg­is­tra­tion infor­ma­tion.
7. Review your selec­tions care­ful­ly before sub­mit­ting your reg­is­tra­tion.
8. Com­plete the pay­ment process accord­ing to the instruc­tions pro­vid­ed in Con­fTool.
9. After suc­cess­ful reg­is­tra­tion, you will receive a con­fir­ma­tion email from Con­fTool.
